On Crypto.com :
Crypto.com gives out multiple files for various transaction types. Make sure you download and add all the files mentioned below:
Transactions CSV File
Log In: Access your Crypto.com account.
Navigate to Wallet: From the dashboard, choose the "Wallet" option on the left-hand menu.
Select Transactions: Click on the "Transactions" tab.
Choose Date Range: Set a date range (up to 180 days). To cover your entire trading history, you will likely need to export multiple files.
Export Data: Click on the "Export" button to download the CSV file.
Deposit & Withdrawals CSV File
Log In: Access your Crypto.com account.
Navigate to Wallet: From the dashboard, choose the "Wallet" option on the left-hand menu.
Select Deposit & Withdrawals: Click on the "Deposit & Withdrawal" tab.
Choose Date Range: Set a date range (up to 180 days). To cover your entire trading history, you will likely need to export multiple files.
Export Data: Click on the "Export" button to download the CSV file.
Trade History CSV File
Log In: Access your Crypto.com account.
Navigate to Orders: From the dashboard, choose the "Orders" option on the left-hand menu.
Select Trade History: Click on the "Trade History" tab.
Choose Date Range: Set a date range (up to 180 days). To cover your entire trading history, you will likely need to export multiple files.
Export Data: Click on the "Export" button to download the CSV file.

On Kryptos :
Go to kryptos.io & signup using your Google account.
From the menu, click on Add Wallets/Exchanges. Go to the Wallets/Exchanges page.
Search for Crypto.com or select it from the list below.
Now, click on the Crypto.com icon.
Choose Upload CSV or simply drag and drop all the downloaded CSV files.
Click on Import Your Transactions. All transactions are imported and tagged by default.
If you wish to import custom history, select Advanced Options. Now you can specify the start and end date of your transaction history.
