How to Use Kryptos for Managing Cryptocurrency Transactions

Introduction

In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of managing your cryptocurrency transactions using Kryptos. This includes understanding different transaction types, using filters, and customizing your view for better transaction management.

Step 1: Integrate Your Exchanges and Wallets

  • Integrate Accounts: Ensure that all your exchanges and wallets are integrated into your Kryptos account.

  • Navigate to Transactions Tab: Go to the 'Transactions' tab to view all transactions in one place.

Step 2: Viewing Transactions

  • Sort Transactions: On the right-hand side, you can sort your transactions by the most recent or oldest, High to Low gains, Low to High gains, High to Low value, and Low to High value.

    • Oldest or Recent: If you select Oldest, all transactions will be organized from the oldest to most recent transactions on the transactions page, and vice-versa for Recent.

    • High to Low Gains: Selecting this will organize transactions from highest to Lowest profits per trade transaction, and vice-versa for Low to High Gains.

    • High to Low Value: Selecting this will organize your transactions in Highest to Lowest transaction values in Fiat terms.

  • Change Number of Transactions per Page: You can adjust the number of transactions displayed per page between 25 to 200.

Step 3: Using Filters

  1. Types of Transactions:

    • Categories: Transactions are categorized under deposit, trade, transfer, payment, or withdrawals.

    • View Specific Types: Select any type to view all transactions under that category (e.g., deposits or trades).

  2. Tags:

    • Comprehensive Categories: Tags include liquidity, airdrops, approve, borrow transactions, and more.

    • Example: To view all 'buy' transactions, select 'trade' under type and 'buy' under tag.

  3. Source:

    • Filter by Source: View transactions from specific integrations (e.g., Binance).

    • Example: Select 'Binance' under the source filter to see all Binance transactions.

  4. Currency:

    • Filter by Currency: Focus on transactions involving a specific cryptocurrency.

  5. Date:

    • Custom Date Range: Set a custom date range or filter transactions before or after a specific date.

  6. Display:

    • Missing Pricing: View all wallet transactions with missing price values.

    • Missing Purchase History: View all transactions with warnings on purchase history.

    • Hide Spam Transactions: Toggle to hide all spam transactions.

    • Show Manual Transactions: Toggle to view all manual transaction entries.

    • Show Further Review Transactions: One can tag warning transactions for further review. Toggle this to view all further review-tagged transactions.

  7. Advanced Filter:

    • Custom Values: Filter by custom wallet name, address, or specific transaction ID.

    • Wallet Name: Input wallet name manually to filter all transactions belonging to a particular integrated wallet/exchange or blockchain.

    • Wallet Address: Input wallet address in "From" and "To" to manually filter transactions.

    • Transaction ID: Search and Sort transaction by Transaction ID.

    • Reset Filters: Click 'Reset' to return to the default filter settings.
